Can’t say enough great things about this apartment! We would definitely stay here again. LOVE LOVE LOVE!LOCATION: The location is FANTASTIC! We walked to the Opera House for the Nutcracker, as well as the Christkindl market, train stop right around the corner, the river is close by and easy to walk to, but not in the middle of all the tourists, which was a bonus.The apartment is in the Loop and so it is understandably not the quietest place in the city. We used the provided earplugs and eye masks and slept great. It was not a deal breaker. APARTMENT: 2 beds and 3 showers/1 bath in two baths. The view is terrific. 27th floor and although it doesn’t face anything particular, there’s a parking structure below that basically keeps the taller buildings at bay so you are not looking into other people’s apartments. Floor to ceiling windows throughout. Great closets! Setup is that the 2 beds are on opposite sides of the living space, which is great. The living area and kitchen are well stocked and very comfortable. We appreciated the lovely surprise of a fridge stocked with grocery essentials so we were able to make breakfast a couple times. Really very thoughtful. Everything was super clean. No complaints.BUILDING:Easy checkin and checkout with lobby staff. We did not explore the building’s many amenities because we were either super cozy in the apartment or out in the city. Next time! COMMUNICATION:Simple and effective via the VRBO app.
