Welcome to our Bolingbrook! My daughter and I are happy to share it with guests who will appreciate its warmth and comfort. We've lovingly updated it to be a relaxing and inviting space with all the added things a home will bring you that a hotel or professional VRBO simply cant!

The Space: Our 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home has been newly renovated to feel modern yet cozy (with AC and Heat).

Living & Kitchen: Relax and watch a movie on the big-screen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with updated appliances, filtered water, and everything you need to cook a meal (feel free to use some spices or ingredients we have in the cabinets :). To get you started, we've provided complimentary K-cups and a few snacks.

Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep on the BRAND NEW queen bed.

Outdoor Living: Our favorite part of the home is the backyard. Step out onto the deck to enjoy our beautiful English garden. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee or for grilling dinner on the provided grill/smoker.

Basement: Massive TV and comfortable couch plus a small child's play area - Lots of board games and things for kids (paint, music, games, etc.) to do as well

Amenities - We want to make your stay as convenient as possible. you'll have access to:

A private driveway for your vehicle
In-unit washer and dryer
Free high-speed internet / TV
All the essentials for a comfortable stay (towels, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, light snacks, etc.)
Location: The townhouse is perfectly located for exploring the suburbs and the city. You're just a short 15-minute drive from the fantastic dining and shopping in downtown Naperville and an easy 45-minute trip from the heart of downtown Chicago.

A Few House Rules - To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for everyone, we have just a few rules:
Occupancy: We have a strict maximum occupancy of 3 guests.

Pets: Your furry friend is welcome! We allow one well-behaved dog under 50 lbs.

Events: Please no parties, events, or large gatherings. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests.
