LOGAN SQUARE: Chic, Comfy 1st Floor 2 BDRM APT! Parking Incld!

Located right off main bustling streets in Logan Square, i.e. the famous Milwaukee Ave, you definitely won’t need a car as the property is conveniently located approximately 3 blocks from the blue line!

Street - zoned parking is typically readily available on the block as well. (1) garage spot available at $25 add’l.

The space itself includes a queen bed in each bedroom (2). Living room has (2) twin XL daybeds with plush memory foam mattresses, and additional let-down chaise seating (as an additional comfy bonus, single-sized bed). A 50 inch flat screen is in the living room with cable included! HBO/Netflix access as bonus.

All pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire beforehand! Excessive shedding found will incur an extra $25 pet cleaning fee. Please do not assume I will automatically accept your pet! Violations of this request can subject me to cancel your reservation with no refund to be considered!!!

*Note: The back exterior porch area is currently slated/pending a demo/addition remodel slated for Fall 2022, and is boarded up because of this. It does not interfere with the living space itself, because it is actually a back porch. It is safe to maneuver (for accessing garage/garbage), but just also a FYI that you will not have a view of the backyard from the windows in the kitchen.


About the area:

Logan Square is amazing. It’s super hip, chic, and artsy. You will love it! The house is minutes or walking distance from various bars/taps, restaurants, grocery stores, the famous Logan Theater, Concord Music, parks— anything imaginable.

The house is less than a three block walk to the blue line “el” (Logan Square stop), and less than a half a block from the CTA-Kimball stop. I-90/94 access is approximately 5 blocks away as well. I can provide more information for public transportation upon request.

Note: I will be staying above you with my dog, Bella, and neither of us bite! Feel free to ask me any questions or recommendations about the neighborhood if you catch me around the house. I like to explore the city as well, so you’re free to join me if you’re completely at a loss to figure out something!

Excellent experience

We had such an excellent experience staying here. The place was squeaky clean, smelled nice, had plenty of places to sleep and also relax. There was bottled water in the fridge, laundry in the basement, and extra sheets and towels. The location couldn’t be better— so much of Chicago’s best within walking distance, and a 20 min drive or 25 min subway ride from O’Hare. Communication with the host was friendly, easy, quick, and she was flexible when we needed it. Every member of our group was impressed with this rental and I was the hero for finding it— thanks so much, Aya!

We were displaced by a fire in our apartment building and needed a place to stay that was close to our neighborhood while we searched for a place to live. Great Getaway

The place is just like the pictures but what you can’t see is all the extras. We have never seen a better equipped kitchen (including keurig pods and creamers). The bathroom was staying at a friends house - soap, shampoo, spray and wipes. The host is very responsive. My niece lives in Logan Square so I can see returning. Cute neighborhood and plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Comfy, spotless, and close to all your needs!

We had an amazing time during our stay in Chicago! We came here for a concert happening in the Logan Auditorium, which was luckily only a 10 minute walk from the apartment! The blue line was also a short distance (only about a half mile) while still being tucked away from the noise of traffic. Instructions left from Aya were clear and concise, and while we never needed her for anything, I’m sure she would’ve been quick and easy to contact! The apartment was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen and bathroom were both very well-stocked! We sincerely enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back again soon!

Lovely 2-bedroom apartment

This is a very nicely appointed lower apartment of a 2 story duplex. It is very comfortable and clean with a beautiful kitchen, nice back yard and passes for street parking. There is no central air conditioning but there are room air conditioners. Aya is clearly very thoughtful and was very responsive. The neighborhood around the duplex is very nice with parks ans grassy areas for pets and convenient grocery stores. The only downside for us was that room air conditioners are a little noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Planned a trip for 3 to visit musuems and city sites. Aya was attentive to guests needs. The property is just like the pictures. Clean, homey and quiet with comfortable beds and all you need to have a great stay. Was 10 miles or less to the sites and downtown. A easy drive to all the places we wanted to visit. Was provided parking passes for easy street parking. Would recommend staying here to a friend and would stay again.

Awesome Apartment & Location

This is our second stay in this apartment. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are nice size and the beds are very comfortable. She has several pillows so you can choose the one(s) that you like the best. The kitchen has a nice layout and is a favorite spot for us to sit around the kitchen table and talk. Our dog Max walked in, sniffed around and went to his favorite spot to take a nap. We LOVE this apartment and will not stay anywhere else when we need a place to stay in Chicago.

Excellent location

This property is close to the "L", buses, and restaurants. You could do without a car easily, although free parking is available if you do have a car. The apartment is clean and provides everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here!
