Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home, peaceful,relaxing

Beautiful remodeled home with open kitchen, lots of room for large family. Granite and stainless steel appliances. Recessed lights, hardwood floors, new vinyl windows and many more upgrades. You have four bedrooms and two large bathrooms to enjoy. The home has 2000 sq/ft plus 1000 sq/ft basement with game space. Beautiful living-room with leather couches and other furniture; dinning and breakfast table too. You have a 70” smart tv and 50” smart tv in MB, BBQ, Foosball, hoops game! No Chores!!

The whole home but one closet behind kitchen where we keep supplies.
Guests have access to whole home and yard but one closet. There is a washer and dryer in basement. Must bring own Landry soap.

We are available most of the time. Best way to contact us through VRBO.

This home is located on a good neighborhood and most of the neighbors know each other, they are friendly. Your a 1/4 mile from the Beverly Hills neighborhood of Chicago. You will be 10 to 15-minute drive to the downtown Chicago. Property close to highway, and ample overnight street parking is available.

There is a lot of places for food near the home.
We can recommend some good food places. Let us know what you like and we can provide a list.

Even though I reserved the property a month in advance the day we were supposed to check I had not received any instructions from the property manager. After calling, because he did not respond to any messages, I was able to reach him and get instructions few minutes later. Outside is not visual appealing and next to an abandon property; and inside was worse: dirty floors, mold in the windowsill, poor plaster patch work not painted, water stain marks on the ceiling, non-working bathroom lights. We did not stay and are still waiting for the property manager to start the refund process at least VRBO appears to have taken the listing down but they haven't reached out to me at allmabout a refund to rectify the problem at all either. Definitely a damper of an experience to what was my brother's wedding weekend.
