Navigating the vibrant streets of Uptown Chicago from our apartment is a breeze. Paid street parking is readily available, though subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. For those preferring public transit, the Argyle Red Line has a station that`s a 9 minute walk, with numerous bus stops in the area as well. Whether you`re here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease.

There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced.

All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Authenticate. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

**Note** The information is collected for security and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

**Note** Our space is on the smaller side, so there is a maximum of 2 guests. Thanks for understanding!

***Note*** As part of our rental/service agreement, we require a refundable security deposit of $150. This deposit serves as a safeguard for any potential damages or breaches of terms during your stay/engagement with us. It will be returned to you after your stay if there are no damages.

🔇 Noise Policy: We use a smart noise monitoring device (does not record audio) to help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. A sustained noise level above 75 decibels for 20+ minutes, or any verified noise complaint from a neighbor or building staff, will result in a $250 violation fee.

🚪 Building Access

- Do not allow anyone into the building without their own entry method

- Unauthorized use of amenities or access = $250 fine

🌡 Seasonal Heating Notice:

From October through May, the building’s central air system operates in heating mode in accordance with Chicago’s seasonal regulations. During this period, cold air will not be available centrally. However, fans and/or portable air conditioners are provided in the unit, and windows can be opened to allow for fresh air and better airflow.
Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.

Unauthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Building Security & Access Policy

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

Important:
**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Great building - wheelchair accessible. Clean room, nice views. Rooftop is amazing... spent my down time up there crocheting & enjoying the sights and sounds of Chicago with a beautiful breeze. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy 30 min walk to Wrigley. Great breakfast place right at the corner. 10 min walk to Aldi. Only suggestion... add a curtain in the bedroom doorway to block light from the living area. Host was great - very helpful and pleasant. Great stay, would book again!

A fantastic place to stay in Uptown! We stayed for 3 nights while visiting with family. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for my partner and I and was very quiet. Communication with the host was perfect and they made sure we had no issues or problems. The area has lots of great restaurants and we were within walking distance to Montrose Beach and other great neighborhoods. Chicago is a beautiful city with beautifully landscaped neighborhoods and this area has it all. I highly recommend this apartment and I hope to come back again next summer!

Very nice little loft. Clean and affordable with great rooftop views and a nice workout room in the basement. Good food right across the street. Excellent communication from the property manager. Within walking distance to Lake Michigan beaches and Wrigley Field if you so choose. My son said he wants to live there when he grows up!

I loved this stay. We were able to enjoy a restful night after a day exploring Chicago area. We were very nervous about the noise monitoring though. Could the noise volume threshold to be set a touch higher at 80db? Also the thermostat was locked at 69 degrees and wasn't able to cool the bed room at all. Even with the floor fan pushing air around. Could it have been allowed to go slightly lower to 68 or 67?We loved the decorations and how everything was taken care of. We enjoyed a warm comfortable stay with plenty of space for us to eat and watch a movie.

Fantastic location!

Uptown is a great neighborhood, with so many things to see and do. This place is right in the middle of everything. We went to a concert practically right across the street! Late night food is nearby! Great communication with host. I will definitely book this room again when i have another event, or just want to have a fun time in Uptown. 10 out of 10 stay!

Clean & tastefully decorated apartment perfect for two (and smalll pet). Walkable neighborhood, close to several restaurants and shops. Owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back!

Perfect for a short stay

It was a great place, easy access to transit (and will be even easier when the Lawrence stop is open). Over all great experience, wish I had found the fan earlier because it is a little warm and humid, but that’s just the Midwest I suppose.
