"LA PIETRA DEI CANTI ROSSI" is immersed in a luxuriant olive grove on the coast between Chiavari and Zoagli, just over 2 km from the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea and the Portofino promontory.

The villa has just been built and completed in 2019 with particular attention to details and Italian style, to offer our guests a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Particularly recommended for families, it offers maximum tranquility and privacy: an ideal place for those who want to relax on the hills without giving up the sea.

The house is about 150 square meters, plus a large terrace with pergola overlooking the sea, equipped with a table for dining, chairs and sun loungers. In addition there is a large garden with lawn and another terrace with chairs, table and umbrella, ideal for enjoying the first good coffee of the day, in complete privacy, in front of the sea and Portofino.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Three rooms, two of which are double rooms that overlook the terrace and one with two single beds, all with sea views. A cot / crib, a changing table and a high chair are available. Sheets, duvets and pillows are included.
Two bathrooms with shower, complete with towels.
Large living room with sofas, conversation and music area with vertical piano, TV with satellite dish and Netflix, dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, Living room and kitchen directly overlook the terrace with a pergola facing the sea.
Our customers are allowed to park in a large private and guarded car park which leads to the house via a staircase.
You arrive at the beach in less than five minutes by car and you can reach PORTOFINO via Rapallo and S. Margherita, as well as Camogli, the Aquarium of Genoa, Sestri Levante and the CINQUE TERRE, by car, train or boat.

We have been at this beautiful and amazing place the third time in a row. It is like „coming home“, you feel very welcome, holiday starts from first minute. Great view, surrounding, house - and 5 special stars for Arleen as perfect host.

Les prestations méritent un 10 sans aucun réserve. Le lieu est idéal à proximité des cinque terre, portofino, Gênes… la maison est neuve et l intérieur est décoré avec goût. Ajoutons la vue magnifique, les chambres Top, la Clim efficace. Enfin, l hôte (Arleen) est super et livre de précieux conseils tout en étant attentionnée. À réserver sans hesiter. On sent qu elle fait ça plus par goût que par considération financière

Excellent!

This property was dreamy. Arlene, our host greeted us with welcome arms. She was just lovely. The house was immaculate, view was stunning. We spent most of our time on the veranda sharing meals and playing games. When we got warm, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We stayed 6 days but could have stayed longer. I give this property and experience a 10 out of 10.

Super verblijf

Prachtig nieuw en ruim huis, schoon, met fantastisch uitzicht. Het huis is voorzien van airco en de buitendouche is verfrissend op warme dagen. In de omgeving is voldoende te beleven, waaronder een bezoek aan Cinque Terre. De host Arleen - die het naastgelegen huis bewoont - is buitengewoon aardig en attent. Privacy gegarandeerd. Parkeren kan bij het huis. Brood voor het ontbijt desgewenst op 20 minuten loopafstand. Van harte aanbevolen!

Ein Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Eine sehr sympatische und engagierte Vermieterin, wo wir uns vom erstem Moment an herzlichst willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend und hat unsere, auf Grund der vorher angeschauten Fotos, hohen Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Es ist ein Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus wo auch alle Kleinigkeiten gut durchdacht sind und zum perfekten Wohlfühlambiente beitragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und genießen in wunderschönen Umgebung einen eiskalten Limoncello :-)

Traumhaft schön! 5-Sterne-Gastgeberin!

Der Blick von der Villa auf die Bucht von Portofino hat uns total begeistert! Arleen hat uns ganz herzlich empfangen und sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, uns mit Ideen und Tipps für Ausflüge zu versorgen! Auf uns warteten bereits gekühlte Getränke und Zutaten für ein erstes Abendessen! So liebevoll und großzügig haben wir das noch nicht erlebt! Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von Chiavari aus haben wir mit der Bahn sehr unkompliziert Genua, Portofino, Cinqueterre, etc. erkundet! Einkaufen kann man in Chiavari und in einem kleinen Laden in Rovereto mit netter Bar! Arleen wohnt mit ihrer Familie nebenan und war den ganzen Urlaub über um unser Wohlergehen bemüht! Herzlichen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis ganz bald!

Beautiful house with amazing sea views

Arleen's place is beautiful, clean and modern and is situated in an amazing location. You wake up to the sunrise over the bay of Portofino, it's extremely quiet and peaceful but only minutes away from all the amenities in the beautiful towns of Chiavari and Zoagli. Arleen is a fantastic host and we had an absolutely lovely week with our two-year old boy and friends who were visiting. The pictures don't do it justice.

Design house in olive oasis with see view

The houstess Arleen was so nice, she prepared all of the things very carefully. The house is furnitured with design pieces , every detail with love, very clean. I did Yoga and meditation in the big terrace with nice see viewing , totally relax , very nice holiday, come back again.
