Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. "Lovely suite in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. All communication with the staff was great and the room very well maintained. The WiFi was occasionally a bit patchy and the AC cut off from time to time, but nothing that spoilt the trip. Would highly recommend 😊"

"Fabulous property, close to the marina and lots of excellent restaurants. The room itself (Massimo) was clean, modern and spacious, and the balcony was great for a morning coffee or evening drink. Breakfast was excellent."

"Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel ."
