Very good value, clean. The bed is very hard with a squeaky inner spring mattress. No electric kettle in the room. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available and free in the lobby. It can be difficult to get the coffee to your room if you have more than one cup, the elevator uses a key card and good luck with hot coffee.

치앙마이 느낌내면서 편의성도 추구하는 사람을 위한곳

가격대비 전체적으로 깔끔해요 요약은 아래쪽에 해둘게요 . 제 방만 그랬는진 모르겠는데 따듯한 물이 잘 안나와서 약간 미지근한 물로 샤워했었고 , 3층에 있는 룸을 썼는데 , 베란다를 통해서 개미가 간간히 들어왔었어요 . 벌레 싫어하시는분은 주의하세요 호텔 후면쪽 객실을 썼는데 , 뷰는 좋았었지만 바로 앞에 작게 있는 개천이 정말 더러워서 베란다문을 열어두면 약간 불쾌한 냄새가 났어요 자체 세탁서비스는 없고 , 바로앞 건물에서 저렴하게 세탁하는거 , 편의점까지 이용가능해요 ㅇ 장점 - 위치대비 편의시설 굿 - 가격대비 뷰가 괜찮음 (호텔후면 객실한정) ㅇ 단점 - 호텔 뒤에 냄새나는 강이 있음 (후면객실 베란다열면 냄새남) - 베란다를 통한 개미침입 (적당히?) - 뜨거운물 잘 안나옴 (내 객실만 그런건지..) > 수리요청 후에도 같았음 총평 - '가성비 대비' 괜찮음 , 7박중 6박을 보냈는데 후회없다

Nice Hotel, rooms are great. Away from the city, there were some ants in the room. House keeping was informed , they did a great job. A lot of mosquito around the reception area and they follow you back to the room though. 7-11 right at the from of the hotel, 3 mins walk away.

Nice spacious open view. But The bed ..

Bed size was good if you are not moving while you are sleeping or love to sleep on the wooden floor. Cleaning staffs start to clean all the rooms from the morning, around noon they will knock your door because there is no “Do not disturb” sign to hang on your door. For your short term stay for sight seeing this hotel is very good value for the money. But not for long stay to relax. Your all Thai massage effects will be disappearing by sleeping on the bed.

Nice hotel

Staff are helpful. The hotel conditions are good and new, nearby JJ market. I explored nice restaurants there, by a 20 minutes walking distance. This hotel should be on my list in next round trip in CM. Wifi is not stable. If Wifi is more stable, this helps my next staying there.

Hotel pulito ed economico

Ottimo albergo pulito e con ottimi servizi. Ogni giorno avevamo a disposizione nel frigo due bottiglie d'acqua, patatine, pepsi, succhi di frutta e kitkat gratuiti! Nella hall era disponibile al mattino caffè gratuito dalle 6 a mezzogiorno. Silenzioso, ottimo wifi e aria condizionata. L'unica cosa negativa è stata la distanza dal centro città. In venti minuti a piedi si raggiunge l'inizio del centro. Per tornare la sera abbiamo spesso preso un tuk tuk con 100 bath.

Really good experience

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and clean and the best part was that the staff stocked the mini fridge with water, Pepsi, chips and a kit Kat. I really enjoyed that. The neighbourhood was a bit far from the main downtown but the city isn't that big so it wasn't a problem and we had rented a scooter through the hotel. Overall, a great experience.

Extraordinaire pour le prix !

Super , au cœur du quartier universitaire , pour ceux qui veulent connaître la vrai Thaïlande ! Il faut louer un scooter ou une voiture , mais à pued sinon c est faisable ! Café offert et minibar offert !

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hotel dont le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres. Il y a café à volonté jusqu'à midi disponible à la réception. L'hotel est juste un peu éloigné de la vielle ville à pied mais très proche avec un scoot.

Certainly recommended.

2 night stay. The room is bright, clean, neat and comfortable. Over looking to a mountain from window.Free wifi, free fresh ground coffee and free drinks in the fridge, what else to expect? No swimming pool and restaurant, but this is not what I need. Have local food stalls in walking distance.Only 10 minute tutuk ride to down town.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel on 5th floor. But it was 3 nights with lots of small ants in our room and bed too. We tried to kill them but they were everywhere. The hotel staff were helpful but they are very bad or non-existing in English. A local hotel guest helped us with direction to downtown.
