Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This adorable home is minutes away from I-80 and I-25 and is located in one of Cheyenne's original neighborhoods. We offer: WiFi, Smart TV, full kitchen, laundry room, sunroom, driveway parking, garage parking and fenced backyard.

The backyard also includes patio furniture and gas grill.

There are pots and pans, dishes and glasses.Lots of towels and extra blankets.Heat and AC.Quiet neighborhood. Cute porch.Steps down to the basement apartment area are very steep but it was super cute and set up nicely.Full coffee station.Was the perfect place for us to use as home base while visiting the area.Very convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to go.

Loved it! Convenient location, fully updated, more than enough space for my family, all the conveniences of home including dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dish soap. My only recommendation would be new Mimi blinds and light blocking curtains in the twin bedroom. There is a street light that shines all night in the window and made it hard for my daughter to sleep. Overall a great trip and we hope to return in the future.

This was our second stay at this house. We have already booked next year. Love the nice appliances and coffee area in the kitchen. The private fenced backyard was very nice for dog owners. We used the gas grill several times which was great. We let the host know that we ran out of propane and we had a new propane bottle the same day. The lawn in front and back is nicely maintained. There were 2 patio chairs in the backyard and a bench that was torn. Could not sit on the bench. There is an off street parking space in front of the house and a garage to use in the ally. The covered front porch was a nice space to have your morning coffee or a cocktail for happy hour.

This was a great place to stay for 2 nights on a cross country road trip. The home had everything I needed, my pups loved the backyard and the owners were great to communicate with. There is a basement rental so got to meet some people from around the country.

The house was great, love the sunroom at front entrance! Nice, quiet street with quick access to main streets making easy to get back and forth to ball fields!

Comfortable home!

This property was great! Exactly as listed. Easy parking with driveway and beautiful interior. Comfortably can sleep 4 but was just myself so plenty of room! Full kitchen and keurig along with washer and dryer! Hosts had great communication with me throughout. Would highly recommend!

Nice Property

Beautiful updated dated property in a quiet neighborhood. All the ammenities of home. Fenced yard with room for the dog or kids to run.Great communication with property manager. Very enjoyable stay.

Great House

Great house! This house was perfect for us. Easy access and amazing communication with the owners. Very nice grassy backyard was fenced and a grill patio furniture. The updated kitchen has nice appliances and newer washer and dryer and the laundry room. Front porch is enclosed and very nice to have morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Two bedrooms were very nice to have. If I had to criticize anything, it would be the bathroom console was small. Overall, very happy with the entire house and would stay there again.

The house is as advertised - adorable! Freshly updated and comfortable with nice finishes. Great location - “the avenues” is a sought after neighborhood in Cheyenne. We’ll be back!
