"The beds are amazing. Disappointed at check-in. My self and another guest just stood there while the 2 co-workers had a conversation. Clearly seeing us standing there. Unwilling to even acknowledge as with a simple, we will be right with you. "

"Clean room. Clean hallways and breakfast area. Breakfast was superb. Kind staff at front desk and breakfast mornings. Two night stay, breakfast both mornings = highly recommended. Pool is smaller but nice. Towels are thin and shower curtain was very short. Toilet paper offered is Angel Soft Professional and very thin. Very soft bed and comfy pillows. The air conditioner seemed to be off at night or maybe it was our unit. We keep the room super cold. Our room 415 had a few minor problems: TV...

"The property is nice and clean. I didn’t expect to have to pay for parking. Breakfast was okay, though I prefer the Holiday Inn’s breakfast AND the parking is free."

"Amazing!! The two pools and facilities are great, breakfast is good and have all you need and more, worth the price. Room is clean and big; we took a room with a king bed and a sofa. The sofa was mad before we arrived and enough towels. The front desk was so helpful and kind, need to mention Mis Madelena who provided so much info that made our visit in Lisbon enjoyable. "

"The hotel is clean and employees very nice and helpful. The parking can be frustrating. The front entrance parking lot is small and doesn't go all the way through. We came to the front but there was no parking and turning around was precarious with other vehicles trying to access main door. Plenty of parking in back but the door is locked so if you haven't checked in yet you will need to walk around the building with bags to get in."
