"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"This hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have the airport shuttle which is very convenient! They also have kids play room, so my daughters don’t feel bored when they stay in the hotel. They also have the outdoor pool, but the water is cold. All in all, this hotel is great!"

"We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would. The shower was older in style, but good temp and pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "

"We had a good two night stay at this property. There are no local stores or restaurants but…there is a bus stop within a very short walk where you can take a public light bus to Maritime Square (12 minutes). That is a huge MTR Mall with tons of shops and restaurants of all types. The bus costs 4 HKD each way and runs every 10-15 minutes. The hotel is well air conditioned and has an elevator to all floors. We found the front desk open at all hours with friendly staff. From the airport you take...
