"We got a very nice and newly renovated room. The hotel and the staff was outstanding. I never knew service could be this good at a hotel. The room was cleaned well, and they even included a extra dehumidifier to keep the humidity low, in case you don't want your room too cold from running the AC. The front desk staff and the spa staff were all wonderful. They were genuinely helpful and looked for ways to help before you asked. The breakfast was also excellent. One of the best hotels I've stayed."

Per Hong Kong law, they cannot provide specific amenities, but there was a healthy supply of toothbrushes, combs, slippers, and toothpaste.
