"Nice to be on the water; lovely views. Good location. Ramp from the street down to the house made it much easier to pull luggage, etc. Bedroom was very small. Lighting could have been a lot better. Listing made it sound as if we had the entire house; not true. Other people upstairs and we heard lots of clomping around."

In addition, out your living room window is a parking lot full of dry-docked lobster boats and several industrial buildings. Not pretty. It was dirty around the place.
