"Wonderful property. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was seamless, except for losing our key, which was of course 100% our fault, but Teddi was very kind about the situation. Property was lovely, including the sitting room. "

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 "

"What a great beachfront property. All the amenities you would want from a beach house and a location that is hard to beat. The house isn’t just on the beach, it’s literally on top of it. It has all the amenities you would hope for in a VRBO and then add a full house speaker system, an elaborate shower, and laundry. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN will we visit Karen’s house again in the future! Highly recommended. "

"This family went above and beyond to make our anniversary weekend so special. The heated pool and hot tub were so nice. there was a grill and firepit. they even set up a projector so we could watch a movie outside at night. it was an amazing time. the property was clean and well taken care of. the camper was so cute and perfect for a weekend getaway for two. we will definitely be back next year. "

"Our favorite place thus far! Quaint, clean, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and the best deck and dock. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Absolutely lovely, a great place for my family and dogs to spend quality time. The river is beautiful! Can’t wait to go back! "
