"This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"Many unique food options in nearby downtown Amherst. Large bed room was extremely comfortable. The small bedroom is as pictured without a window, great if you want a dark sleeping area. Lots of room and comfort. It is a lower level without much natural light but inside lights provide a bright atmosphere."

"Very clean and well stocked cabin. Everything you need is there. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to get away and relax. I would highly recommend this place especially if you like being close to nature. "

"How does such a terrible motel exist in such a popular and expensive tourist town? These rooms have not been updated in at least 20 years. The room smelled like a locker room and the air conditioner smelled like a mouse had died inside. The room, walls, floors, baseboards, light switches, etc were filthy. There was a cigarette burn in the bathtub. I think they were selling drugs from the room next door. Lee cops were there at least 3 times during our 3 day visit. Pool not open. Ice machine and...

"Great spot. Super close to UMass Amherst which is where we were commuting back and forth from for tournament. Felt very private and appliances and games were amazing! "

"The cabin was the perfect place to stay after our rafting adventure. Loved the oversized kitchen table. We were all able to eat together, play games, etc. Wish we had stayed another night to explore more of the local scenery. The owner was easy to communicate with through the whole process, and even went the extra mile to return an item to us that was left behind. Overall, a lovely stay."

"The host was great and the property was wonderful. Extremely well kept house. The tennis court was such a unique touch to the home. It was such a peaceful home with lots of entertainment opportunities. The tree line made it feel so private. We really enjoyed having such easy access to Great Barrington and Stockbridge. Thank you"

"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....
