"We stayed here for 16 days in May 2025. We live locally, but we needed a place to stay while contractors repaired flood damage in our home. With everything going on at our own house, our nerves were pretty fried. Given our frazzled state, words fail to describe my gratitude for being able to stay at this home. The house is immaculate and extremely well-maintained. The gardens defy description. There were two acres of fenced-in yard for our dogs. The home and garden have several beautiful places...

"It was exactly as described, very spacious and comfortable and a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Location is also close to some nice restaurants and a nice park."

"We found the cottage to be very clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Though we ate only breakfast in there were ample supplies and cooking materials if you wanted to eat in. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it."

"House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs."

"The property was gorgeous, had plenty of room, and was very cozy. We cooked some great meals using the well equipped barbecue and kitchen, enjoyed the scenery, and made good use of the ping pong table and poker set. The check in and out process was seamless. 10/10"

"This was a wonderful place to visit with family. It was well stocked and very comfortable and just beautiful. Planning to come back again this fall. Only problem was the many steps down to the house. We did okay but could be difficult for anyone who can’t do stairs. "

"This Lake Hopatcong lakefront property is exactly as shown/described online. We had dinner on the dock and made smores at the fire pit. The neighbors were friendly which is not always true when staying in a rental property. We'll consider another stay next year. "

"The home was lovely. 4 of us stayed, as we were in town for a memorial. After the memorial 10 of us gathered to look at pictures and chat. It was comfortable for a get together. Rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Host was helpful and quickly responded to our questions. "

"Cozy, well appointed home with dock and outdoor seating area. Host was very responsive. The house is located on a quiet cove in a no wake zone. We would definitely stay again. "

"We absolutely loved our weekend stay at the Log Cabin. The place was clean, very cozy, and spacious. The property owners definitely put a lot of thought and care into the place. The amenities were plentiful, there was enough room for our family to spread out with plenty of activities to do! Simple check in and check out process. I would definitely recommend this place!"
