Luxury Stunning 5 Bed Barn Conversion Near Chester

The Oaks is a large, beautiful and spacious barn conversion. Each of the five bedrooms are beautifully decorated to the highest standards. There is a luxurious four poster bed in the main bedroom (bedroom 1). The Oaks has a fully equipped kitchen, a 20 seater dining table perfect for hosting dinner parties, or why not use specialist caterers for your special event. We cater for all parties but seem to be particularly popular with hen parties. We have lots of extra beds so we have 20 sleeping spaces across 14 beds.
A hot tub is available but please note this is only available for an extra charge of £200 for the duration of your stay

We had an amazing stay here for a hen do with a group of 16. The property was spotless, incredibly spacious, and perfect for a large group—everyone having their own en suite made such a difference. The kitchen is massive, which was ideal for cooking and socialising, and the driveway is also huge, making parking really easy.It felt really classy and perfect for a special occasion.Caroline was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to help me make changes to the booking, which I really appreciated. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.I’d highly recommend this property to anyone, especially for group celebrations!

A large group of us have just returned from the most fabulous stay at The Oaks for my hen weekend. Firstly, the host could not of been easier to communicate with. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, the photos on the property details do not do this place justice. Stunning, spacious rooms, en suites, the most amazing party sized kitchen! I would return without hesitation, in fact, we are discussing our return trip next year already!

Host was welcoming and approachable. Spacious house for the 14 of us. Bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms. Ample equipment in the kitchen and a real bonus to have two dishwashers. There was a large dining room which could accommodate us all easily. Everyone said the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic house for a hen party

14 of us stayed at The Oaks for a hen weekend and had a lovely time. Caroline was super helpful and responsive in the lead up to our stay and over the weekend as well. The house is in a great location – lovely, peaceful setting but close enough to Chester to get in and out of town easily. We hired both hot tubs and were lucky to have great weather, so spent a good few hours outside enjoying the sun! The kitchen is really well-equipped with crockery, utensils, glassware etc and it was great having the huge dining table and sofa for an evening in. Having a shower room per bedroom was brilliant as well. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to get a group together!

Absolutely fantastic house, each room was lovely and had very comfy beds and very clean! The outdoor space was great for playing games. Great sized kitchen and dining area where everybody could enjoy food together. Ideal for large parties, we came for a hen weekend and we all thought they house was perfect!! Highly recommend, great communicate from the host

We had an amazing weekend at ‘The Oaks’. It was everything we wanted it to be and more. A perfect place for a hen party! Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was brilliant. Questions were answered immediately. We would highly recommend it for a group or large family get together.
