"The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block.
Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...

"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"Perhaps, we had an off night for the cleaning staff, but my room was not clean to hotel standards. I’m not picky at all, and I debated even saying anything because I like to give the hotels the benefit of the doubt, but if I had been staying more than just a couple hours to sleep, I probably would’ve mentioned it to the front desk.
