"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"La chambre etait très bien. Il s'agit bien d'un vrai studio. Celui que nous avons eu était assez petit, parfait pour dormir.
La salle de bain etait vraiment minuscule, ne permet pas d-y ranger quoi que ce soit et ne dispose pas d'etageres pour les produits dans la douche.
Très bien équipé pour un long sejour. Arrivée et départ en autonomie. Super emplacement.

"L’appartement était propre, conforme aux photos et bien situé. Par contre il faisait très chaud et nous n’avons pas réussi à baisser la température du logement.
Aussi c’était très bruyant car fenêtres simple vitrage et avenue très dynamique.

"Room was clean and in a quiet area. Room was a bit small, but otherwise it was nice. I kind of like the no staff approach. Easy to access everything"

"The property is well maintained. The room had great amenities and access to more if needed. The little kitchenette had everything we needed.
The room (standard double) is small, but we only needed to sleep and shower mostly. If you're looking for a large room, make sure you review options available.
Location was close to underground, restaurants and groceries.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. "Everything about this place is amazing. Location couldn’t be better with a bus stop right in front. The room was cozy with lots of personal touches, tea, sugar, milk, and coffee. Morning breakfast was fresh, healthy, and amazingly good. One of the highlights of London."
