One major error that many motels make is to group all customers in adjoining rooms when sound-proofing is bad. Unfortunately the guy next door had a lot of phone calls to make when I was trying to relax and get some sleep. The kettle needs to be replaced.

I stayed here during the shoulder season. I was the only person on site. I did not see any staff during my 3 days stayed. No one was around for me to ask where I can get more coffee or toiletries. I think if the hotel is going to leave the patrons to fend for themselves, they would’ve at least leave ...

Silver Star is a fabulous mountain resort. While this year has been challenging for the entire West Coast the snow conditions on the groomers was excellent.
