"I loved this place and I loved the management team. The one thing that should be known. Street noise is a real thing. One could hear every car, every conversation and every horn from the street. I think the windows are single pane. Be aware it is loud. I wasn’t in the loft a lot during the day as I was doing the Revolutionary places. It quieted later in the evening. But it’s a great location."

"It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. "This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches.
My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues.
