"Definitely a retro feel in an older neighborhood but a well built, well loved house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the landscaping and the hot tub. Would have loved the pool but it was too cold to get in. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We loved the big open living spaces- huge cozy living room with two dining areas; the open kitchen allowed access for conversation to the dining and living room. Granddaughters helped cook and learn new recipes with grandma. Outdoor games were a hit with the grandsons and the board games inside for all ages. "It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them "

"Stayed here while visiting our CSU Chico student. Everything we did was within walking distance. Comfortable accommodations, great enclosed backyard for our puppies. Would recommend."

"Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. "This was honestly the best stay we’ve had where the house was immaculate, lovely, well-organized, spacious, & comfortable.
