This was an amazing property with so many things to do and beautiful views. The house is located so close to so many different things to do and the hosts have many pamphlets available letting you know about all of it as well as restaurants. They are so pleasant and helpful and the communication was wonderful. They went above and beyond and I would definitely book with them again!!

We only got to stay for the weekend, but it was great. Everything was exactly as described. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hot tub was great and secluded from view of roads etc. The beds were very comfortable which was much welcomed. The house had everything we needed. Wish we had gotten to enjoy the game room but my son had just turned 21, so we were just up for a quick weekend birthday celebration at Harrah's which is only about a 15 minute drive away.Bryson City downtown is just down the road which was great to visit for the first time. We would absolutely return.

We had a fabulous time staying here! It was the warm cuddly cabin I wanted for this trip and we got it! The only downside (for us, could be a huge upside for others ) was the basement bedroom and game room only had access from the outside. Everything else was AMAZING! Able to get groceries delivered. Easy to locate. Close to everything we wanted to do. Would 100% recommend!

Our kids say 10 out of 5! We had a lovely time. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Lots of extra special touches. Excellent stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean. We had a rainy day but there were so many fun games and things to do at the house, no one minded. Easy communication with hosts.

Our family had the best time staying at the Tree House Lodge! Beds were super comfy, Wi-Fi was great, kitchen was stocked with all the essentials! Plenty of family fun things to do at the property and in Bryson City or other surrounding towns. We saw Elk on the way to Gatlinburg, found some beautiful waterfalls, and had SNOW!! 10 out of 10!!!

We stayed at Tree House Lodge for 3 nights to celebrate my husband 40th birthday, and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for such a special milestone. We came with another couple, and from the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the right spot. The cabin was cozy, romantic, and relaxing — exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when escaping to the mountains.The location couldn’t have been better. We spent our days hiking to waterfalls, visiting local wineries, and even made a stop at the casino, all within easy reach of the lodge. Yet, when we came back each evening, it felt like we were tucked away in our own private retreat.Some of our favorite parts of the stay were the beautiful fire pit area and the hot tub. After long days exploring, we ended every night with the warmth of the fire and a soak in the hot tub — it made the trip feel extra special and memorable. The cabin itself was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated, so we never felt like we were missing a thing.The hosts were wonderful as well. Even though we didn’t end up needing much during our stay, they made themselves available and were quick to respond, which gave us peace of mind. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience.Everything about our stay was perfect — from the comfort of the cabin to its proximity to everything Bryson City has to offer. We’re already talking about when we can come back, and I know this won’t be our last trip here.

Plenty of activities for adults and children. Game room was great fun for my 6-year-old and myself. Firepit was great in the evenings, and the hot tub was fun for the whole family. The wrap around porch had an abundance of rocking chairs and porch swings to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. The home was equipped with all the comforts of home. Plenty of activities around the area for any age group. Many and varied Restaurants around to choose from or enjoy the well-equipped and modern kitchen.

It was a cozy, comfortable and relaxing cabin. The porch was a great place to congregate as well as the fire pit. Several of us really enjoyed the hot tub. One night we even roasted marshmallows over the fire pit! Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owners. We highly recommend!

From start to finish the booking, checking in and out process was very easy. All questions were answered perfectly. We could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The easiest rental experience ever. The teens loved the game room. The rental has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is perfect. Plenty of everything for a family- plates, cups, utensils it’s all there. There was dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, bath/shower items and extra little goodies in case you forgot your toothbrush etc. we absolutely loved our stay.

Great owners

Really neat, quiet place to stay. We really enjoyed our time on the deck in the hammock swings. The cabin was in close proximity to most everything we wanted to do. The owners responded promptly to every question we had. We had a storm roll through resulting in a lengthy power outage. They communicated with us throughout the outage, and they, without hesitation and of no fault of their own, refunded a nights stay. I was impressed. Thanks again!

Fun Cabin for Adults and Dogs

House had everything we needed and the covered porches were awesome. We did bring 2 baby gates to keep the dogs on the porches because they would wander off on us if given the chance. Peace of mind knowing they couldn't get off since the porches went around 3 sides of the house. House is very dog friendly with leather couches. Loved the 2 screen doors for the cool mornings. Hot tub was great. Our adult son and daughter-in-law loved having their privacy in the basement space.

Motorcycles in the smokies

3 of us for 5 days. The long carport is great for motorcycles and trailer. Great updates to this home and still kept the nostalgia - a great balance. Great location to be a base to explore the smokies. Fabulous communication with owner. Driveway is a bit of a challenge but it is manageable.

3 night stay

Outside space and game room were wonderful. Home was spacious and comfortable, but had some issues with needed repairs and cleanliness (cobwebs and dirty floors). A closet door fell on my son as soon as he tried to open it, the door to the bedroom in the basement didnt slide (stuck half open), and a toilet had issues. Driveway difficult to navigate. No view except trees. Could not get DVD players to work despite following directions and many of the board games were missing pieces. Host had wonderful response time, but seemed upset when we notified them of needed repairs upon arrival, so we did not notify them of any other issues. Some things provided, such as firewood, lots of towels, and kitchen products, but there is expired food in the cabinet, some 2022, that needs to be cleaned out. No hair dryers except one in the basement that didnt work well, so glad I brought mine. Overall, a good 4 star property with plenty of activities, but needs a little attention to bring it up to a 5 star for us. isssues.

This cabin was so peaceful with so much uniqueness. Every inch of this cabin was very well thought out. Wonderful location, many games outdoors/indoors, and great movie selection! Owners responded quickly when needed. We can't wait to go back!

The easiest rental process by far. Our host were A. This property is perfectly located to anything you need and is beautiful. So much to do and keep entertained at the cabin. The host have gone above and beyond to assure you a great stay. Definitely our new go to spot for North Carolina.
