"We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. "

"The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. "The house and location could not have been more perfect! The fact that we could bring our fur babies was the icing on the cake! The homeowner was very easy to work with. The house was very clean and the backyard was beautiful. We spend many special hours porch-sitting and making cherished memories. Will definitely book again in the future!"

"We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. "Open floor plan first floor with lots of light, this property is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Plenty of rooms to have private, quiet time. Use of the golf cart made beach and ice cream trips very easy. Thank you to the Sabos!!"

"Gretat home, arrived and the property is as advertised. Comfortably decorated and spacious! Kitchen diningware and cookware are well stocked for those that enjoy cooking. The beds are comfy and the bedrooms also spacious. The backyard with grill and firepit were a blast to use. The location is a short couple mins to town and nicely central to all the things we had planned. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!!"

"A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived.
