"the unit was very clean and the pictures of the unit were accurate. What took us by surprise was the steep spiraled stairs to the 3rd floor. The neighborhood seemed good, we were safe. However because it was July 3rd, the neighbors were putting off fireworks and firecrackers well past midnight so sleep was impossible. I can’t blame that on the host though. LOL. "Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. "We had a lovely short stay when moving our daughter to RI. We were a group of ten, and were able to fit using the futon for extra sleeping space. The back porch was our favorite part of the house and we loved sitting on it hearing the creek below. We all walked to the Georgiaville Pond several times and enjoyed sitting on the little beach. The house was immaculately clean and lovely inside. Yosefa was a very attentive and helpful host. There was a dog park very close which was shaded and...

"This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant.

Lovely Historic Vintage home.
