"We upgraded our room so we could sit in the spa bath and watch a movie. The blind was broken so you could not lift it up to see the TV and the inbuilt speakers in the bathroom were not working. We had conflicting information from the staff about the blinds. Eventually maintenance told us they were broken in all the rooms. There was no soap provided for the spa bath. No blankets in the room. The chips were great, crisp and yummy. I did not want to complain as the person cooking it could be new, or flat out, or having personal problems, or just did not care.
Anyway, this is just to let you know, my stay was great and will stay with...
