Grandview #528 - The GrandView – Lake View 528 condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This unit is one of only 2 corner decks facing both up lake and down river!
This second floor condo is beautifully decorated, entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen. There is a 2nd smaller deck, accessed from the master bedroom. This unit offers a very private setting facing away from the pool area.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. Washer Dryer in unit.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We rented an expensive room. The view is gorgeous. The view and the pool are very important to me. But in the evening they closed the hot tub. And in the morning they closed the entire pool with the slide. We specifically chose this hotel, I think it is not cheap. But unfortunately the pool simply did not work and our stay was spoiled by this. The manager promised to compensate, but we are waiting for now. In general, the hotel is clean, the staff is all polite, the view and location are excellent. But we were not 100% satisfied. We could have rented a much cheaper hotel without a pool.

My family and I have been going to Chelan for 10+ years. This unit was a dump. Absolute dump. I spent more time fixing items than enjoying the view. The kitchen was a joke. If you are resting this unit with the idea of cooking. Don’t. The lust of things needing replaced are too numerous to list on o

Rooms weren’t ready for us and guest by the time stated. Many chairs or spots outside were taken by guest who weren’t staying at the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful throughout our time. No cleaning supplies provided so we needed to guy buy our own for our stay.

Amazing views and deck

The views from this property and the amazing deck make this a place we would love to come back during warmer weather. A patio heater would make it nicer for cooler months. Also a book for guests so they know the procedures and how to use the fireplace as the front desk didn't know when we asked. The arrow down button is broken on the TV remote in the living room and this made it very hard to use. Front desk didn't have solution. The A/C unit sounded like an airplane and the fan wouldn't stop running even when we turned the unit off so we had to unplug them. Fantastic location for walking to town.

Will be back!

Repeat visitor and will be back again. Great location, love the corner unit. Just enough space for us! Could be bit cleaner, but we do love the location of unit and the complex overall. We've never used the pool, and doubt we would. Has never looked very clean, sadly. But - for our purposes, we will definitely come back again.

Family trip

Had a great stay in chelan with family. The room was great! Very clean,Had beautiful view of the lake. Our room had everything you would need. Kitchen stocked with everything for cooking. Felt like home. Love that they have a washer and dryer especially traveling with kids. Makes life easier!

Gorgeous views and perfect location

We loved this property, the location, amenities and views were everything we wanted and needed. The only thing lacking is communication with the property manager. I reached out twice to confirm specific amenities (iron and coffee maker) and received no response. There was also no information on the check in process so I reached out again via phone and was told “I don’t know, contact the grand view” and hung up on. If I were the owners I would be looking into switching property managers as they are a very poor representation of your property.

Excited to return

Perfect size for 3 of us, I would think 4 would be max. All the extras we needed. Special touches as well. Well stocked, comfortable linens, newer plush towels, much appreciated. Extra pillows and blankets if needed. Personally I would get smaller furniture for the main bedroom and put the TV, to make more walking space. We plan on booking again for sometime in the summer. Thanks so much, really enjoyed your unit.

Enjoyed a 3day family vacation during heat wave.

Unit was clean and worked well for a family. We noted a broken floor tile and torn wall canvas when we entered unit. Adequately stocked with dishes, cutlery, towels. We cooked all our meals in and used BBQ grill outside. Enjoyed swimming in both pool and lake. One disappointment was dirty hallways desperately in need of vacuuming.

August get away

Condo was very poorly equiped with not enough dishes, silverware, or towels for 6. Lots of very noisey parties late at night with loud music. Would not stay here again.
