"This was our first premier in stay. Upon arrival there was signage out front “kids stay for free” which made us feel like we chose a family hotel since we were staying with our 2 young children. The first evening (7-8pm) when arriving home from dinner we had a knock on the door from staff. A noise complaint… we had been in the hotel for less than 5 minutes. It was quite off putting since our kids were at the normal volume of any guest.

"Hotel was oke, meer niet. Was prima voor een beursbezoek. Hotel lag wel gelegen op een gezellig plein en vlak bij een shoppingmall. En op 3 min van de beurs af. Dat was top. "
"Très bon établissement, très pratique, avec un bon parking , bien situé. Le petit déjeuné vaut le coût. Le personnel est très sympathique, avec juste un bémol. Attention pour les non- anglophones, si vous avez déjà payé votre réservation, n’hésitez pas à insister pour bien faire comprendre que la chambre a été payée."
"They should air out the rooms, it was extremely stuffy when we entered the room. Had to ask for an iron and it was old and rusty and wasn't working properly. We were afriad to use it. The rooms had no air condition and was very warm. Overall it wasn't managed properly. Sorry to say none of us were too happy."
