"The shower head leaked extremely bad and sprayed all over the floor. The breakfast was very limited and left alot to be desired. Its a smoke free building and our room smelled like a poker game from cigarette smoke and staff just sprayed air freshener. There were baseball tournaments in town, so we had teenage boys running up and down the halls unsupervised until late. Overall the hotel looks nice, but its a budget version of a regular nice hotel."

"The room was very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. Check in by staff was very polite and quick! Breakfast was very good and coffee was excellent. All staff were very friendly."

"Room was dirty. There was shredded cheese on the counter and floor. Linens were old. We went to TJ Max and bought sheets/pillows and blanket. It's an old Motel 6 type motel that's been painted and the paint didn't even match and they didn't even patch the old nail holes."

"No soap in the shower. Ceiling paint was flaking, toilet seat was in poor condition, floor was damp from humidity, front door was missing weather stripping. No breakfast was a deal breaker!! All metal in the room had rust. Pluses would be a good tv and refrigerator. Refrigerator did have 2 bottles of pop in it. One had been open. This place is being used for long term rentals. They did not know we were coming until they refreshed their computer. One of the outlets did not have a plate."

"This historic property is extremely well-maintained and very comfortable even for an extended stay. It is really the centerpiece of Anniston. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant after a bumpy check-in experience. Breakfast was generous if a little uneven. There are a few indications on Expedia that are not quite accurate anymore, but that doesn't take away from a generally very positive stay."

"No POWER NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES NO NICE PEOPLE AT ALL. I WAS COVERED IN ROACH BUGS IN MY BED AND BED BUGS BIT ME!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THUS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! "Recently renovated room. Floors could have been cleaner. Need to use a Bissell Crosswave type machine to clean the vinyl flooring. Close to several restaurants. Walk to Walmart. Would stay there again. Keurig coffee available in lobby. New fridge & microwave. Simple breakfast would have been nice."
