Luxurious Industrial Downtown Suite

Chattanooga has so much to offer, and you're close to it all in this downtown unit on the edge of the vibrant Southside neighborhood.

We've turned the first floor of our townhouse into a private suite with industrial style, contrasted by soft rugs and luxurious faux furs. We're centrally-located and a short drive to everywhere you'd want to go.

With a private space that includes your own entrance and bathroom, it's the perfect place to call home while you explore Chattanooga!

You'll have your own space with a private entrance, separated from the rest of the house by a locked door. Your space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath with tub/shower, fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, and table for eating and drinking or working. If you need anything else, just ask!

You will have your own dedicated parking spot right in front of the unit and access to the unmarked guest spaces within the complex as well. There is also plenty of free street parking on nearby roads. No need to worry about a key, as you will use your code to access the space.

We live upstairs, so are here for anything you need!

Right on the edge of Chattanooga's vibrant Southside neighborhood, you'll be staying in an area where there will be plenty to see, do, and eat within a mile of home. Our particular side of the neighborhood is quickly being developed with new establishments like the family friendly OddStory brewing next door and the late night Shady's Corner down the street.

The nearby Sculpture Fields is a walkable art park and one of Chattanooga's gems. It's the perfect place for a walk at sunrise or sunset.

One of our favorite nearby places is Sculpture Fields at Montague Park. Just 2 blocks away, it's a great place to walk at sunset. The best coffee in town is close by at Velo, and you can grab a slice at Southside Pizza. Tons of breweries and restaurants are around the corner as well. Oh, and if you're in Chattanooga for the rock climbing, check out Synergy Climbing and Ninja.
