Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
When we first arrived, we quickly noticed how dirty the floor was. We also noticed the fire alarm in the garage constantly chirping. She said she had put in a maintenance request four days before, but no one came to change out the batteries. It was too high for us to reach so the entire stay we had to listen to it beep. Very Annoying!!!! We were shocked to find dirty clothes lying on the floor, a dirty plate and sock under the bed and a nasty used paper towel. We contacted the host who apologized and sent her friend to come clean. We had already swept the floor. She told us we would get our cleaning fee back(never happened). That night, we realized there was hair in every one of the “clean towels”. She again apologized and said she would have fresh towels there in the morning…which never happened. She also told us she would reimburse us one night off (half of what she made off of vrbo). I have tried to contact her to request the reimbursement as she promised…but she hasn’t replied at all this week. Our stay was 2 weeks ago. The WiFi did not work. It was also strange that there were no side tables, dressers or lamps in the rooms we used. There was a dead bug in a drawer. Dirty appliances as no one cleaned out the air fryer.Overall, this was a very disappointing and gross stay. The host seemed very responsive and concerned about our stay while we were there, yet never followed through with clean linens or any type of reimbursement. See the pictures below!!
