Ubicado en el área de la Universidad donde se abren los restaurantes, cervecerías artesanales y minoristas más nuevos de Chattanooga. Nuestra casa tiene un ambiente urbano y cómodo con grandes ventanales para la luz natural, pisos de madera noble y techos altos. Hemos sido certificados por la ciudad de Chattanooga como un alquiler de vacaciones aprobado a corto plazo.
    Somos nuevos en VRBO, por lo que no tenemos muchas críticas aquí. Por favor, echa un vistazo a nuestros grandes comentarios en Airbnb

    Para grupos más grandes tenemos otra propiedad directamente al otro lado de la calle. Capacidad para 7-9 invitados. ¡Echale un vistazo!

    Hemos actualizado por completo esta hermosa joya de Chattanooga. Nuestras habitaciones están ubicadas en el piso de arriba. Tenemos un dormitorio con cama King, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un dormitorio con 2 camas de tamaño completo y un "medio" dormitorio con una cama individual. Esta habitación está separada por una cortina para mayor privacidad, pero no tiene puerta para separar. Un baño completo con bañera / ducha combinada se encuentra al final del pasillo de arriba por lo que es perfectamente privado. Un baño completo se encuentra en la planta baja, cuenta con una ducha y es muy conveniente para su estancia. En la planta baja den y comedor fluyen juntos para entretener a una multitud. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, incluido el microondas. Tenemos lavadora y secadora de vapor. Para disfrutar al aire libre tenemos una nueva terraza privada en la entrada trasera y un gran porche. Incluye TV por cable y conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. Tenemos estacionamiento en la calle, bloqueo inteligente y alarma para el hogar.

Great house in a perfect location! We had amazing girls trip to Chattanooga. The house was comfy and love that we could each have our own bed. Great host and can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Property was very comfortable and in great condition. Nice, roomy and clean. AC worked great. Perfect location for local sightseeing and restaurants. Host supplied toiletries and coffee which was a big plus and appreciated. Parking for two vehicles was tight but extra room on main road

We really enjoyed our stay. Instructions from the host are very clear, the house is extremely clean and well-kept. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean and has toiletries and more than enough towels. It is very close to downtown, about a mile to the aquarium and choo choo, great restaurants and breweries. Highly recommended!

Convenient, clean and comfortable

Home was perfect for 6 adults over four nights, convenient to downtown and adjacent to a great neighborhood with breweries and eateries. Host was excellent.

Beautiful brick shotgun house close to the IBMA festival we were attending. Everything was as advertised. Nice front porch for sitting as well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Location in Chattanooga

We loved the house and the location. Short drive or walk to get to everything we wanted to do . Owner was great and had everything we needed in the house for us to use. Highly recommend.

The house is beautifully decorated with 3 upstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom. Parking was a bit tight for my husband’s truck, but it was perfect for 2 cars. It stormed and the power was out for a few hours. Lisa had some lanterns and flashlights sent over before dark, but luckily, it came back on before nightfall. We had planned on cooking dinner in but our plans were thwarted by the power outage, so we walked a few blocks down to Champy’s Chicken. The food, atmosphere and entertainment were all outstanding. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, the shuttle to downtown is a block or so away. Very easy. Overall, nice place.

Exceeded expectations!!

Host was very helpful, responsive, and informative. Had a fabulous time. Neighborhood was wonderful. Close to downtown.
