"The property is conveniently located in an ideal location centrally to many walkable attractions. It is on one of the most beautiful streets in the historic area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was a relaxing retreat throughout the day. The hotel was offering breakfast that was creative and delicious. They also offered an evening wine and cheese social which provided an opportunity to meet with others staying at the property. ...

"The breakfast was not consistent, but there was a wide variety. I think for being a Michelin star it should’ve had homemade pastries not store-bought. I also feel like it should’ve had a small microwave in the room and makeup wipes or makeup towel or something to clean your face with. The bedding was amazing Mattress a bit soft for our taste, but that’s a hard one to get right."

I took off 1 star on Maintenence only because the curtains in the bedroom were not hung correctly (the "pull" wand to close the curtains was not attached to the curtains)....but the blinds worked and were sufficient. ...

"I booked one of the rooms that had access to the courtyard on the ground floor. It was nice to have the option to sit outside, although people did walk by outside. We were able to take our luggage out through the courtyard to our car without having to pull it upstairs to the check-out desk and then downstairs to the street. Chuck (?) was very helpful. The breakfasts were were fresh and filling. We had omelets, bacon, muffins, croissants with jams and butter, yogurt and fruit, juices and coffee....

"My only real complaint was the room. After an 20 hour day, I went to get in bed and my bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. With it being so late and a long day I decided to use the non fitted sheet. It worked but was uncomfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The valet service I recommend, even if you stay for one night like we did."

"Hotel and room were very nice, clean and updated. If you have a 3/4 ton truck no valet which worked in my favor. Valet 39.99 per day, parking garage next door that valet uses 20 per day. Stopped in for breakfast 1st day, didn't have milk or bacon. Very limited menu but waiter gave us directions for a very nice place. We recommend Savanah coffee roasters, great food!"
