"I had a wonderful stay here - can’t beat the location - right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Chatham. Room was fresh and clean, mattress was very soft, would have preferred a firmer one but slept fine. I did bring my own pillow which I left accidentally, the staff called me maybe 20 minutes after I checked out to tell me I left it, which I really appreciate. I wish the complimentary breakfast had a couple more warm food options - there were scrambled eggs and everything else was cold...

The ONLY thing I wish they had was separate reading lights. Trying to read while my wife was trying to sleep the only option is the overhead LED lights that shine directly over the bed. "This is our favorite place to stay in Orleans. Everything is just perfect. Clean and neat, rooms are a great size. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Tables and grill outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you like to eat outside. They also service a continental breakfast everyday with homemade muffins. Also if you don't want to go to the ocean to swim the pool is perfect. They do have a laundry on the grounds too. Best place to stay on Cape Cod. "
