Features include a private entrance with storage cupboard (iron and ironing board available), a living/dining room opening onto a balcony with outdoor furniture for 4 people and an electric awning, an open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, electric hob, oven, dishwasher), two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room with washing machine, and a separate toilet with washbasin. Private parking space.
Breathtaking views of the ocean and the islands (Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix, Île de Ré). Prime sunset views.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €70.
Linen is optional: €60.
Tourist tax is extra: €1.76 per person per day (except for those under 18).
