Sender de Châteauneuf-les-Moustiers

Our main complaint was that the A/c was not working in 35 degrees or did not how any capacity at all This was our what we thought luxury boutique hotel during our vacation on the French Riviera when we picked the most expensive room in the hotel during our stay ( otherwise we stayed at Ibis with functioning A/C ) We were disappointed none of us could get any sleep with non working A/C and with wide open windows to get some air the trains were running loudly nearby and as well as the traffic Unfortunately would not recommend

A great spot located walking distance to the Nice Centre-Ville station. Extremely friendly staff that were helpful and accommodating. The common space where they have breakfast in the morning was also a spot where groups could hang out during the rest of the day. Overall, a great option for a hotel stay closer to the train station.

We had a triple room which was spacious and provided room for luggage and packs for 3 travelers. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the excessive heat that was happening during the visit but we were able to sleep well, once we settled down for the night. The room had an ADA bathroom which was ok except for the fact that the entire floor would be wet after a shower. Not a huge deal, but you did have to be careful to not wear socks or drop any clean clothing. The restaurant/bar attached "Foam" was excellent for a great place to have breakfast before heading out for the day or a good beer at the end of the day. Lastly the location was stellar. So many good places easy to walk to, including the metro and train stations.
