I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. "Die Anlage is zur Zeit eine grosse Baustelle. Anfahrt zum Hotel unmöglich und kein freier Parkplatz in der Nähe. Als ich mich beim Rezeptionisten beschwerte, dass bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, meinte ein arroganter Rezeptionist das sei Sache von Expedia und nicht vom Hotel. Zimmer sind klein und nicht sehr komfortabel. Bad ist klein und es gibt kein Bidet, und dies in einem Spa!? Das Personal war weder sehr professionell noch besonders zuvorkommend. Wellness ist gut. "Great place, team and rooms"

"This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! "

Had difficulty lowering the temperature, the room is not fitted with air conditioning but at least you can open the window ajar to get a breath of fresh air. Huge bed. Very comfy! Staff in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming; the reception staff were a bit off-hand but we stayed at a holiday weekend so I suppose their tempers were a little frayed."
