"This hotel was very charming and the staff was very friendly. It was a great location to walk to the waterfront, Victoria Row and the cute little shops in Charlottetown. I would highly recommend this place as a place to stay."

"Front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast just ok. Fridge broken and leaked water over kitchen floor. Toilet barely flushed, and then plugged. The sitting area in the room is lovely but the ensuite bathroom is not a 5-star bathroom. It's dated and the towel hanger on the wall is coming loose. The ..."
