"Older hotel. Although our over all stay was good there are a few things that need to be attended to. The door to our room was very tight and hard to open. You had to kick it to get it to open. The clock in the room didn’t work. Our room was not cleaned the next day and when I called the desk they said you have to request a cleaning and get on the cleaning list. The next day by 2 PM it was not cleaned. I called the desk again and ask if we were still on the list to be cleaned that day and they...

"Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property."

"TRUST THE REVIEWS THAT SAY THE ROOMS STINK. It smelled like musty rotten feet coming from the air conditioning unit the entire time. Once we got into our room I looked at the reviews and soooo many mentions of awful smells I wish I would’ve seen before. Room and lobby were clean. Staff was friendly. But the smell is unbearable. Highly recommend staying elsewhere."
