The space
The space combines warm, inviting interiors with modern touches and a comfortable layout. It’s designed to give you a relaxing place to recharge, whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, traveling for business, visiting family, or exploring the Kannapolis and Charlotte area.

The guest unit is located on the basement level of the home and has its own private entrance. It is a completely private guest space with no shared indoor areas between guests and anyone else in the home. You will not share a kitchen, bathroom, living area, or other interior spaces with the homeowner or other occupants.

Guests also have a designated parking area outside, conveniently located near the private entrance for easy access during your stay.

For race weekends, enjoy the convenience of being close to Charlotte Motor Speedway while having a comfortable, private space to return to after a long day at the track. The location also provides convenient access to major roads for getting around the Concord and Charlotte area.

You'll have private access to Peace Haven Quarters, a completely private guest unit located on the basement level of the home with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces between guests and anyone else in the home.

Guests do not share a kitchen, bathroom, living area, or other interior spaces with the homeowner or other occupants. You'll have your own private space throughout your stay, along with designated parking conveniently located near your private entrance.
