A wonderful home - lovingly remodeled and beautifully furnished - in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Easily walk to center city in 10 minutes, Bank of America stadium in 8 minutes, 3rd Ward Park in 3 minutes, and Frazier Park in less than 60 seconds.



The Space:

The neighborhood also has a lively downtown area with many popular bars & restaurants as well. A completely private in-law suite is also available if more space is needed (view my other listings). This is a wonderful home located in Wesley Heights - one of Charlotte's great historic neighborhoods. It offers high ceilings, tons of sunlight, totally remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard is also fully fenced in, has a lovely stone fire pit (wood provided!), and a nice patio/deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. The home has 3 bedrooms, but the large master bedroom actually has 2 beds. So there are 4 queen-sized beds in the home to easily accommodate 8 people. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in the home. The bathrooms are fully updated and remodeled. The full master bathroom is very large with a walk in shower and a soaking tub. You'll have access to the entire home. There is also a fully-detached and fully private in-law suite downstairs (it has a separate entrance with it's own backyard and privacy fencing) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate even larger groups - please view my other listings to check availability if interested. There is a driveway (one car) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed. I am available for questions or help at any time. Contact me as much or as little as you'd like :)



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home. There is also a fully-detached and fully private in-law suite downstairs (it has a separate entrance with it's own backyard and privacy fencing) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate even larger groups - please view my other listings to check availability if interested. There is a driveway (one car) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed.

You'll be staying in one of Charlotte's only historic neighborhoods that's a short walk to uptown. Getting Around:

Walk, Uber, drive, rent a scooter, or rent a bike. Tons of options. It's truly a great neighborhood with all the amenities of downtown city living :)

Check in went smoothly. Average home exterior with a nice completely redone, very clean interior. Within walking distance (approx. 0.9 mi) of Carolina Panthers stadium and (approx. 0.2 mi) from a nice paved walking trail. Had an issue with the TV which was caused by a power outage and was promptly addressed. We found the city of Charlotte itself to be easily drivable.

Amazing location near Up Town

The house is adorable and very nicely finished and furnished. It has a nice layout and plenty of outdoor space. There were lots of young couples with their pets in the neighborhood. The bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of towels etc. Renters should understand that it is downtown and it can get pretty loud in the backyard with major roads near by. But it really was not a issue inside the house. The house could use some additional supplies in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found that everything we wanted to do / eat / enjoy was a short drive away. Check in and Check out were easy and having 2.5 bathrooms as a plus for our family of four.

Perfect Two Day Stay

We were in town to see Creed at the PNC Music Pavilion for my son’s Senior Trip. Home was immaculate. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. There is also a very nice running/walking/biking trail nearby. Perfect way to take in the sites. Home has all the amenities you could possibly want or need. Would love to visit again if ever back in the area. Lovely home!

Home base for paddling

Very very clean home. Older home, nicely appointed with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and gathering areas. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but it was a great home base for paddling at the WWC. Felt very safe running from this location early in the AM to the little sugar creek greenway and beyond. Very close to good food, Whole Foods, downtown. Lots of interstate noise at night but we all still slept well. Nice front porch. Fire pit out back ready to go although we didn’t use it. Recommend!

Wonderful!

Stayed with with our adult son, and two teenagers. The house was very clean, appeared as listed, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Can walk to so many places and there is so much to do within walking distance and close driving distance too. We will definitely be back!
