2nd time around

This was our 2nd time staying the in the last few weeks. 5 men who worked all day and came back to a beautiful house to kick back and relax. Everyone had their own bedroom with plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked to cook a meal. Will be back again.

The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook a nice meal together. The backyard was well kept with plenty of privacy. I am hoping to rebook again when we go back.

Location location location

This house was minutes from the airport - literally on the same street and not in the flight path. Steps from shopping and dining. House was humid, beds were ok, tiny showers in two of the bathrooms, great kitchen and plenty of seating for all. Enjoyed our stay!

Family Stay

Our stay was exactly what we needed for our family group that was in town for a wedding. We really enjoyed time with family and the opportunity for all different age levels of our extended family to stay together. We were pretty much 15 minutes from everything for the 5 days we were there. The property manager was super responsive to come fix the front porch light as well as bring us some hangers that we all needed to hang up suits and dresses. He was so friendly! The kitchen looks to be newly renovated and had all that we needed. Additionally it was fabulous to have three bathrooms, plenty of parking, and multiple places to relax and visit with family.

Senior Day Celebration

This property was perfect to help celebrate my son's senior day celebration at Queen's University in Charlotte, allowing for a large group of us to stay, visit, and have dinner together. The house was clean and had ample space to prepare a large dinner together. The yard and green space is great to play games and relax. Although on a busy road, the house is set a distance back making it private and safe. We would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a large space to celebrate together in a fabulous location.

Excellent property

This property has it all! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and great rooms were clean, bright and well appointed. It was a perfect find for our family of four adults and three children at an unbeatable price. We would definitely book again.

Destination Family Reunion

My family came to Charlotte from multiple locations around the country for a family reunion. The actual event was at another location but groups would come visit at this house. We had lots of room for visiting and were very comfortable.

Nice space for our team stay

My tennis team (8 of us) stayed at this home for a tournament weekend and it was perfect for our needs. With 5 bedrooms (7 beds total) plus the downstairs den which can easily accommodate a large air mattress, there was plenty of room for everyone. It’s an older home with nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen/dining area. The house is located on a fairly busy road, but it is set well back from the street with a long driveway and plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. The backyard had lots of seating and felt very private. My only suggestion for improvement is to give the landscaping in the front yard a little more TLC so it reflects the thoughtful updates that have been done inside the home. The overall location was central to many restaurants, shopping, and the tennis courts where we played. I would definitely book this house again.
