By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this rule, and you understand that our cancellation policies will apply. We will not return any deposits for guests who break house rules, such as smoking, late check-out, hosting a party, being excessively noisy, bringing more people than permitted onto the premises, or any other actions that damage the house or delay the cleaning crew in their duties."
