"Older cottage that has been restored very nicely. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outside was very spacious and soooo quite. You can walk to the beach and yet was very close to Charlevoix. Gerry was a great host and saw to our every need.Thanks"

"This place was great! Views and sunsets cannot be beat! Owner is very responsive and proactive. The water was super high at the property (owner pre-warned us) but we still had fun there finding Petosky and Charlevoix stones. There is also a secluded and sparsly-populated beach 1.5 miles North with easy access and a lot of sand. Property is roughly 20 minutes from downtown Charlevoix for dining and shopping options. "This was a great house for a multi-generation family vacation. Couldn’t beat the beach and shallow lake area, especially for the younger kids. Location to Charlevoix was very convenient. Property manager was also great and helpful for any questions. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend the Loeb Lake House!"

"We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! "

"What a nice, quaint little condo. It fit our needs perfectly. A nice full kitchen with full size refrigerator was a plus to not have to rely on eating out for every meal. The area was relaxing and just a short ride to the places we had on our list to visit. A great way to unplug and recharge."
