Enjoy a stay in this spacious and inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo—perfect for a comfortable weekend getaway or extended visit. Located on the third floor, this unit features high ceilings, large windows, and extra floor space, creating an open and airy atmosphere that truly feels like home.

The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests. For added convenience, the unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

The open-concept living space features a full-size kitchen equipped with a full-size oven and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. While this unit does not include a balcony, the expansive windows provide plenty of natural light and a bright, welcoming environment.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a different experience with every stay. With 48 distinctive units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

This is a very spacious unit, in a prime location, walking distance to downtown Charlevoix. There is an in unit, full sized washer and dryer, and a full size refrigerator with freezer. It is on the conference center side, so we were a little confused when we arrived at 11:30 pm and the third floor elevator didn’t show room numbers above 360. We found it quickly, and would have found it even sooner had we arrived when the front desk was staffed.
