Vacation Villa 5 minute walk to King St, in the heart of downtown Charleston. This tropical oasis offers sleek design, soaring ceilings, open first floor kitchen & living room, and spacious bedrooms with en-suite spa bathrooms. The Palm Club offers a tranquil outdoor patio, filled with fountains, palm trees, and plenty of furniture, for all of the 25+ Palm Club guests to enjoy.
The Space:
The 'California Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.
The 'California Palm' at The Palm Club accommodates up to 12 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.
Flex Bedroom Suite #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite spa style bathroom
Flex Bedroom #2 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite spa style bathroom
Bedroom #3 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #4 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
Living Room – King-sized luxury memory foam sleeper sofa
*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.
Getting Around:

Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pet maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
