Just under a mile away from the beach and vibrant local attractions, this condo offers a tranquil retreat with easy access to everything Folly Beach has to offer. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy the mellow beach lifestyle and explore historic Charleston.

Features:

Living Area: Spacious and open living room with ample seating, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Enjoy seamless access to the screened-in, covered patio with breathtaking Folly River views, where you can relax and watch sailboats, shrimp boats, and playful dolphins.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen featuring new stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area with a table that comfortably seats six.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, direct access to the patio, and a TV for your convenience.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds with a TV, ideal for children or additional guests.

Bathrooms: Modern bathrooms featuring essential amenities and fresh linens provided for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor Space:

Patio: Screened-in, covered patio with comfortable seating, offering expansive views of the Folly River.
Community Amenities: Enjoy access to a refreshing community pool and a private dock, perfect for crabbing, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. The pool is open each year from April 1st to October 31st.

A relaxing week

The condo was in a great location, and had a great pool. Sadly the HOA no longer allows visitors to access the dock - this was a bummer as we've always enjoyed fishing and eating lunch on the dock. The property was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. It's a great location to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the beach traffic, but close enough you can walk to restaurants and the beach! Would definitely rent again!

Good location!

This property was clean, cute, comfortable, and was a great location. It was a short walk over the bridge to “town” and about a 30-minute Uber from the airport. The blow dryer was missing and we did need one, but we were able to get it same-day. They were very easy to work with and willing to accommodate our requests!

Great location! Just minutes to the beach and a short drive to Charleston. The property was clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the river. We had a great time and will be back!

Lovely place to stay! Close to everything you could want!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was wonderful. The outdoor patio is nice it just needs some fresh paint. Parking is plentiful, we just didn't know if we had a designated spot. Also, please inform your guests of the gate combination to get out on the pier to fish as well as the number to call for the beach rental items. Also tell them that it should be done the first of the week and they will be delivered. We had easy access to Folly Beach which was wonderful! Lots of places to eat and drink. Our drive into Charleston was short and we enjoyed the city. We took a bus tour around the city, went to the market, shopped a bit and ate at Virginia's downtown. Thank you for your hospitality. If we come back to Charleston we would stay with you again.

Perfect location

We had a very nice stay at this property which is at a perfect location, quite accessible to Charleston and of course the Folly Beach. Property is quite spacious, very cozy. Will visit again. Special mention, the owners and property managers were very gracious who allowed us to modify our booking for a mistake. So while being professional, they also showed a human side which me and my wife appreciated very much. Thank you so much.

Convenient to the Beach & Charleston

As this was our first visit to the area, we enjoyed our time at Hope's Turn. We ended up not being fans of Folly Beach, per se, but the condo itself, being on the water was relaxing and a joy to watch the tide, birds, boats, etc go by. The condo was as described. Master Bed was comfortable & master shower very nice. The view each morning was very pretty. The living room sofas were not real comfortable. I just could not find a comfortable way to sit on either sofa to enjoy the evening. The place was very spacious and I could see a family/group of 6 enjoying their visit here. Each bedroom has it's own bath as well. It is a pleasant drive from Hope's Turn into Charleston to see the sites, but still get time on the water.

Great spot and easy access to charleston

Really enjoyed our stay at your condo! Perfect space for myself and 3 friends. Everything was clean and plenty of towels for all of us. No spices or foil, baggies and cling wrap. Not a problem, just want other renters to know before going. Coffee maker and keurig so that made it easy for since we are all coffee drinkers! Thanks for the stay! Loved it!

Great views and quiet setting

Our vacation started off with just my spouse and I and our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters joined us after a few days. Being just over the bridge turned out to be much quieter and convenient than being on the beach side. The unit was clean, well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and fun stay.

A little slice of heaven

We’ve stayed at the property multiple years, it never gets old. A view that can’t be beat and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love using the dock for fishing and crabbing. The pool is big enough for a refreshing dip post beach day. The unit is a good space with plenty of room but we spend most of our time on the screened in deck watching the dolphins and boats. 100% recommend!
