1250 SF. The bedrooms (and full bathrooms)are private and are located on opposite sides of the single floor unit . Nice size great room, gas fireplace , smart t v with cable(local and national programs)breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is the 1st floor of a duplex .(insulated between floors).


Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 4 miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

Please limit smoking to the front covered porch or back yard . Thanks!

Perfect location and quiet.

The floor plan of the condo is perfect. We could each watch TV in our rooms and not worry about waking the other person up. We never heard the person living upstairs or any noise out on the street. Water pressure in the showers was amazing, beds comfy,and huge closets. Living room furniture was very easy to nap on. Condo is close to shopping and restaurants, and a very easy drive to get to downtown Charleston. To be honest, our only complaint is that the toilets are low. We both have bad knees and have taller toilets in our homes and aren't used to short ones.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. The only disappointment was there was no grill as advertised. Contacted property manager and she responded within a reasonable time frame. The place was spotless and well maintained. We would highly recommend this place to 2 couples looking a nice place to stay.

JUST SIMPLY PERFECT

Stayed with sister and brother-in-law and the setup was separately spaced perfectly! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided! It was truly an amazing experience.My only suggestion: possibly a full-length mirror on a wall which would be accessible to both bedrooms.We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend when visiting Charleston.

Short stay

Could use a good thorough deep cleaning. Corners, window ceils, blinds and windows need to be washed and leaves needed to be blown off porches and walk ways. Could not use patio because of all the leaves. Good location to downtown Charleston. Enjoyed Charleston very much. Will go back.

Pleasant home

Came into town for a weekend wedding. The host was very nice and quick to reply to questions. The property was very nice, clean and welcoming. The location for our event was perfect. Price was very very reasonable. If you need a great place to stay this is it!!

The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in!!!!

This beautiful home in Charleston is by far the cleanest, and most welcoming place we’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to historic downtown Charleston as well as the many other attractions nearby. The attention to detail from coffee to vanity essentials is unmatched. And the linens were off the charts luxurious. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Having en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was perfect. Thank you Jeanne for making our stay in Charleston one to remember. We would absolutely return again!!

Everything we hoped for!

This place was a gem!! Everything was as described. Stocked really well, super comfortable and clean. The location was even closer to downtown than we thought. Only issue we had was difficulty opening the lock box but that was quickly resolved with help from our host. When we return to Charleston this will definitely be our go to hime

Convenient location. Charming rental

My son and I enjoyed our stay. We were amazed at the holiday decorations, down to the smallest detail. We were sorry we never could get the gas fireplace to work. It was chilly and this would have been nice. However, the extra blankets made a comfy alternative. The location is very convenient to restaurants, downtown, and attractions. I could hear construction noise in the mornings. Yet it wasn’t too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
