Guests enter Cool Blow by taking the exterior staircase from the sidewalk in front of the building to the 2nd floor and entering the front door of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway & hallway, which connects you to the bedroom, bathroom, living room kitchen & dining areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the Kiawah Island maritime forest from the kitchen, dining, living room & screened porch areas. You may access the private screened porch from the living room. There is a washing machine & dryer in a closet on the screened porch. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Cool Blow is located within the Mariners Watch residential community in the Kiawah Island Resort. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. THERE IS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION ON NEARBY BUILDINGS DURING THE WINTER SEASON. Some noise is to be expected during day time hours.

The location of this property is great, and super convenient for quick walks to the beach and relatively close to the nest. The unit itself was very small for a family of 4, which for us included a 1 and 4 year old. 4 adults would not fit in this size unit. We had an issue with maintaining hot water while showering and we were reassured that everything was in proper working order, but could not get the family showered without cold water. The sliding door to the screened in porch does not shut properly and required a bar to hold shut. The unit is on the second floor so this wasn’t much of an issue. The bed was comfortable, but had terrible pillows so I recommend bringing your own. Overall a decent stay, but would not return to this unit.

Identical floor plan and location to a unit we've rented several times in the past that is no longer available for rental. All the basics were fine, but a number of small maintenance items created the impression of doing the minimum to just get by. We shared details with the property manager, who shared them with the owner.

We stayed four nights. All in all, it's a fine place. Location is exceptional, with the ocean within "earshot" and a short walk. Bed was GREAT. Extremely comfortable. Living room bright and open, with high ceiling. Nice screened-in porch. The one disappointment was significant construction/renovation across the way (the row of housing on other side of parking lot). It wasn't too bad, but a bit noisy during workday hours. Also, the sliding glass door to screened-in porch is difficult to lock. But unit is on second level. Overall, customer service from rental company was very responsive.

This property is awesome! Our family of three loved the location, just steps from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking around the property on all of the paths. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out that our 15 year old slept on. Towels and sheets were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs.

A fantastic 5 night stay at Cool Blow villa on East Beach. The villa is EXACTLY as the pictures online and the unit was spotless. The location is so convenient! 2 minutes (felt like less) easy stroll to the beach, and what a great beach that goes forever. We walked every day. King bed was “Goldilocks”, firm enough and plush enough. Just right. Bathroom was modern and perfectly functional and easily accessed of either the bedroom or central hallway. Kitchen is well stocked and a choice of a Keurig or drip coffee makers to get your caffeine fix. Main living area and screen porch are very comfortable. While we were there we had a Great Horned Owl and Hawk hang out on a pine tree right outside the screened room. We highly recommend staying and will plan to return.

Kiawah gorgeous, weather perfect, villa super well decorated, private, perfect for two people. Bed was comfortable as was the pretty white sofa. TV easy to operate although we didn’t watch much. Our only negative was BUGS. I will use the terms roaches/palmetto bugs interchangeably. They were in frig,running across counters . . in the microwave. Sprayed them many times. That’s why 4 stars and not 5. November was perfect at the beautiful beach.

My husband and I have vacationed at Kiawah for nearly a decade, so I feel we have become familiar with the standard for rentals in the area. This condo has excellent proximity to the beach, roughly a 5 minute walk with a rinse off area available. This short walk is what drove us to book this condo for our anniversary. Throughout our stay, the host was responsive to the few issues we needed to contact them for (internet). The kitchen, in our opinion, lacked a lot of functionality. We like to cook in the evening and with this kitchen, we felt “pushed” to eat out. There is no table to eat, unless you count the side table with three chairs crowded around it with barely any room for one person to comfortably eat. The microwave doesn’t open all the way without hitting the wall, minimal serveware and cooking ware, and palmetto bugs through the serving space/kitchen/trash can/restroom. My husband enjoys watching football and we were sorely disappointed to see no cable, only freely available Roku channels which frankly aren’t anything interesting to watch. The bedroom area has clearly seen better days with outlets hanging off the wall, large scuffs on the wall, and a bathroom that felt very crowded with one person. This isn’t a bad condo to stay at, but is subpar when compared to the standard we hold rentals in Kiawah to. This is clearly a business rental and not a rental by an owner who cares for the property.
