Area is great - easy walking distance to Charleston sights, accessible food, quiet and clean neighborhood. Having private bathrooms in each room was a major plus. The common area was really great for family games and socializing. The beds were very soft. The bathroom toiletries smelled great. The kitchen is a bit small but has the basics (could be a challenge if cooking meals, but wasn't a problem for our stay because we took advantage of all the great nearby restaurants) - breakfasts and snacks were accommodated at the house easily. The hosts were INCREDIBLE communicators - checked in before and throughout the visit.

Lovely stay

We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and we loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Charleston. We appreciated at large dining table and sitting room area, both of which were requirements.

Great Stay!

Visited for a bachelorette trip & everything was perfect. House was very cute, well organized and perfect for our group size- we had 7 women so fit two to a bed with one girl having her own room. Very nice & close to everything we wanted to do without being in a noisy or heavy foot traffic area. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving get together

Comfortable! Loved that every bedroom had its own bath. Showers were amazing. If you plan to cook, bring your own spices and a couple of large pots. We had a relaxing time and there were fun shops in the neighborhood. Easy to catch the shuttle and head downtown.

The home was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. (Suggestion) the bathroom floors were not entirely clean and the tape that was used while painting the baseboards needs to be removed. Also the washing machine needs to be cleaned...there was mold in the seals)

Amazing

This was the perfect place to stay! Beyond clean! I've never seen a place so clean before. Every room was perfect. We had an amazing time. The location was perfect for us to walk to King street and was an easy drive from the airport. We will definitely be back!

Siblings Weekend

Fantastic stay on Spring St. As we gathered for our nephews wedding in town. Perfect location to walk everywhere. So many great restaurants near by and Charlie’s mart a block away for snacks & beverages. The patio area was quaint and we enjoyed sitting there. Other properties were rented with a wedding group and there were never problems. We all agreed we would stay here again next time. One caveat - parking is VERY tight, especially with larger vehicles & other properties rented. One of our guests had vehicle damage. Would suggest smaller vehicles park here.

Perfect location for the best of Charleston

What a wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Charleston and would definitely go back and stay here. The space was perfect for our family. Very close to all the Charleston has to offer, but not too close for all the crowds. The rooms were so nice. The beds were comfy! It was awesome that each bedroom has a private bathroom. Lots of cute little shops and coffee shops near by. Great place! Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and property

Close to all of our favorite places! Clean and quiet and very spacious. We stayed for 10 days and would come back to this location. Loved it and can’t wait to return.
